What we build, and how an engagement runs.
Five lines of work. If yours doesn’t fit one, say so — we’d rather tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit than take the project and find out.
Custom software development
A system built from your rules rather than a foreign product bent to fit them.
- How it runs
- A scoping conversation, then a written spec, then a build delivered in reviewable increments.
- What you get
- Running software, the source, the database migrations, and documentation good enough for someone else to pick it up.
- Typical duration
- 2–8 weeks
Compliance engineering
Regulation encoded as versioned parameters rather than constants buried in code, each one traceable to the instrument it came from.
- How it runs
- We read the instruments in full, model them as data, build the enforcement, and write the tests that prove it.
- What you get
- Software that behaves correctly, and a record of why it behaves that way.
- Typical duration
- 2–6 weeks
Business process automation
A manual process — spreadsheets, chat threads, paper — turned into something that runs.
- How it runs
- We watch the process as it actually happens rather than as it’s documented, then automate the parts that are stable and leave the parts that aren’t.
- What you get
- Fewer manual steps and a record of what happened.
- Typical duration
- 1–4 weeks
AI consulting & strategy
Models wired into work that already exists — extraction, classification, drafting — and honest advice about where they don’t help.
- How it runs
- We start with the task, not the technology. If a rule engine solves it more reliably and more cheaply, we’ll say so.
- What you get
- Something that works in production, or a clear reason not to build it.
- Typical duration
- 1–3 weeks
Websites and interfaces
A site or an interface that carries the business rather than sitting beside it — built new, or the one you already have made to work.
- How it runs
- We start from what a visitor is trying to do, not from a moodboard. Design and build are one engagement, so nothing is handed over as a picture nobody can ship. Where the site has to talk to something you already run — payroll, billing, a booking system — that connection is part of the build, not a later phase.
- What you get
- A running site or interface, the source, and a design someone else can extend without guessing.
- Typical duration
- 2–6 weeks
Already built
IustumHR and IustumBill can be run in your business. Not self-serve — there’s a conversation first, because compliance software has to fit your actual situation.
Recorded once, every place it lands
A rate, a threshold, a deadline — recorded once from the document it came from, then read by everything that depends on it. When it changes, it changes in one place, and everything downstream follows.
